Murrel'S Fruit Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. molasses
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 3 c. oats
  • 2 c. bran cereal
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 2 c. nuts
  • small bag coconut
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 3 apples, cut up
  • 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Beat together eggs, molasses and oil. Add juice, then rest of the ingredients. Mix with hands. Roll into balls. Put on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
  2. Makes 50 large balls.
