Ingredients

  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cans low sodium cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound ground turkey

Instructions

  1. Sauté sliced mushrooms in 1 teaspoon of canola oil until tender.
  2. Add ground turkey to the mushrooms and cook until browned.
  3. Place the cooked turkey and mushrooms in a large strainer.
  4. Wash with hot water to drain off excess fat or oil.
  5. Combine the mushroom mixture with cream of mushroom soup, skim milk, cooked broccoli, and salt.
  6. Pour the mixture into a large casserole dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
