A quick and hearty turkey casserole layered with tortilla chips, cheese, green chilies, and creamy soup, perfect for family dinners and using leftover turkey.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. tortilla chips
  • 8 slices roasted turkey
  • 1 onion
  • 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 10 oz. can Ro-Tel
  • 10 oz. can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 can milk

Instructions

  1. Layer tortilla chips, turkey, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, half the cheese, chopped tomatoes (from Ro-Tel), and the remaining cheese in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
  2. Combine the cream of celery soup and milk in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the layered ingredients in the dish.
  4. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
