- Layer tortilla chips, turkey, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, half the cheese, chopped tomatoes (from Ro-Tel), and the remaining cheese in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Combine the cream of celery soup and milk in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour the soup mixture over the layered ingredients in the dish.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
