Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup pignoli nuts
  • 3 1/2 cups fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 20 sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, chop garlic and pignoli nuts; set aside.
  2. Blend dried marjoram, dried parsley, fresh basil, butter, and olive oil until well combined.
  3. Puree the sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Chop 5 sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
  5. Add all ingredients together, including grated Parmesan cheese, and mix until thoroughly combined.
