Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup ground choplets
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1 cup shredded raw potatoes
  • 5 1/2 tablespoons chicken style seasoning
  • 3/4 to 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • a pinch of thyme

Instructions

  1. Saute onions until soft in margarine.
  2. Add mushrooms and brown slightly.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
