Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Saute chicken in 1 stick of butter until browned and cooked through.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken, water, sherry, and salt.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked chicken in a casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  5. Serve the chicken with rice and spoon the sauce over the top.
