Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup cooking wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 leaves fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon quick mixing flour
  • 1 lb. linguini

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, simmer olive oil, chopped mushrooms, garlic, parsley, lemon pepper, salt, basil, and butter. Stir until mushrooms are golden and tender.
  2. Add wine and then sprinkle the flour shortly after.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cook over low heat for five minutes.
  5. Add a splash of wine and serve over cooked linguini or tender veal.
