Mushroom Roll-Ups

- Peel mushrooms and dice them.
- Saute the diced mushrooms in butter for five minutes.
- Blend in flour, salt, and Accent (monosodium glutamate).
- Stir in light cream and simmer until the mixture thickens.
- Add minced chives and lemon juice, then blend well.
- Remove crusts from bread slices and roll each slice thin.
- Spread the mushroom mixture evenly over each bread slice.
- Roll up the bread slices with the mushroom filling inside.
- Pack the rolls and freeze if desired.
- When ready to serve, defrost the rolls.
- Cut each roll in half and toast on all sides in a 400°F oven for about 20 minutes.
