Ingredients

  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 package clear Knox gelatine
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cans cocktail shrimp

Instructions

  1. Melt the mushroom soup and cream cheese together in a double boiler.
  2. Add the gelatin to 3 tablespoons of water to soften.
  3. Stir the gelatin into the hot mixture until fully dissolved.
  4. Mix in mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped onion, and shrimp.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate overnight to set.
  6. Serve chilled with Ritz crackers.
