Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup Medford mustard
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, flour, mustard, vinegar, and butter in a saucepan.
  2. Cook this mixture until boiling, stirring often.
  3. Add hot water and catsup to the mixture.
  4. Beat eggs slightly and gradually add them to the hot mixture.
  5. Serve the sauce hot with ham or cold on sandwiches.
