Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can red kidney beans (hot)
  • 1 jar mild salsa
  • 1 pkg. shredded Monterey Jack or Colby cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  2. Spread beans on top of the cream cheese, then layer with salsa.
  3. Top with shredded Monterey Jack or Colby cheese.
  4. Bake or microwave until the top cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with chips and enjoy.
