Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion
  • 4 Tbsp. bouillon powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • dash of garlic

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet.
  2. Chop the onion and add it to the browned hamburger, cooking until softened.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, hot water, bouillon powder, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, and garlic to the skillet.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Simmer the mixture for one hour, stirring occasionally.
