Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large can chunk chicken
  • 1 regular size bag tortilla chips
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 lb processed cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, diced Rotel tomatoes, chunk chicken, half of the tortilla chips, diced onion, and cubed processed cheese in a casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
  3. After 35 minutes of baking, crush the remaining tortilla chips and spread them on top of the casserole.
  4. Bake for the final 10 minutes to crisp the topping.
