A creamy, cheesy layered dip with a spicy salsa kick, perfect for parties and gatherings, combining cool sour cream, zesty salsa, fresh veggies, and melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. nonfat sour cream
  • 1 jar Le Restaurant salsa (hot)
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • shredded lettuce
  • 1 to 2 cups packaged Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread the nonfat sour cream evenly at the bottom of a serving dish.
  2. Pour the hot salsa over the sour cream layer.
  3. Sprinkle the finely chopped onion evenly over the salsa.
  4. Add the finely chopped tomato as the next layer.
  5. Cover the top with shredded lettuce.
  6. Sprinkle 1 to 2 cups of packaged shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the lettuce.
  7. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
