Nacho Layer Dip

Creamy, cheesy layered dip with savory beans, fresh tomatoes, olives, and peppers, perfect for parties and gatherings, offering bold flavors and a colorful presentation.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. refried beans
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 8 oz. avocado dip
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. ripe olives, chopped
  • 4 chili peppers
  • green onions
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 c. cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix refried beans with taco seasoning.
  2. Spread the bean mixture evenly on the bottom of a cake pan.
  3. Layer avocado dip over the beans.
  4. Add sour cream on top of the avocado layer.
  5. Sprinkle chopped olives over the sour cream.
  6. Slice chili peppers and arrange on top.
  7. Chop green onions and scatter over the peppers.
  8. Dice tomatoes and add as the final layer.
  9. Sprinkle grated cheese over the entire dip before serving.
