Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2/3 lb. Colby cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
  • large bag nacho chips

Instructions

  1. Shred the cooked chicken very finely and add garlic salt, lemon pepper, and parsley flakes. Marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  3. Line a glass pie pan with nacho chips.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chips.
  5. Add the marinated chicken evenly over the cheese.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese and chopped onions.
  7. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
