Ingredients

  • 1 large angel food cake
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade

Instructions

  1. Cut the angel food cake into 3 layers.
  2. Mix Cool Whip, sweetened condensed milk, and frozen lemonade until smooth.
  3. Allow strawberries to thaw.
  4. Spread 1/3 of the Cool Whip mixture on the first cake layer, then add some strawberries.
  5. Place the second cake layer on top, then spread with another 1/3 of the Cool Whip mixture and add strawberries.
  6. Top with the last cake layer and spread the remaining Cool Whip mixture over the sides and top.
  7. Save any leftover strawberries and, when ready to serve, place them on top of the cake.
  8. For best results, let the cake stand overnight in the refrigerator.
