- Fill coffee cups half full with any of the ingredients.
- Dye boiled eggs in the cups.
- For a golden color, simmer dry outer onion skins in an equal amount of water for 10 minutes or longer.
- For blue, mash blueberries (fresh, canned, or frozen) in a pan.
- Add enough water to make a liquid.
- Simmer the blueberry mixture for 10 minutes or longer.
- For yellow, simmer celery leaves for 10 minutes or longer.
- For purple, use strong grape juice, and for brown, use coffee or tea.
