Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs thoroughly.
  2. Mix the flour and sugar together, then add to the eggs and beat well.
  3. Add the milk and continue beating until smooth.
  4. Stir in the cream-style corn and melted butter or margarine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a well-buttered casserole dish.
  6. Bake in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 40 minutes.
  7. Do not stir during baking.
