Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 1/3 c. oats
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. raisins

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and brown sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
  2. Sift in dry ingredients: flour, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. Fold in raisins.
  4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
