Ingredients

  • 7 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 packages yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 quart milk (warm)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix self-rising flour, sugar, yeast, baking soda, and baking powder together in a mixer bowl.
  2. Warm the milk until it's not boiling, then let it cool to lukewarm.
  3. Add the lukewarm milk and oil to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a large, greased bowl.
  5. Grease the top of the dough.
  6. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill.
