Ingredients

  • 1 pt. country-style small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Press the cottage cheese through a fine wire sieve.
  2. Combine the pressed cottage cheese with yogurt, Beau Monde seasoning, parsley, and lemon peel.
  3. Let stand for about an hour for flavors to blend.
  4. Serve in a chilled bowl surrounded by raw vegetables, cooked shrimp, or Melba toast.
