Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Boil milk, butter, sugar, cocoa, and salt until a little ball hardens in cold water.
  2. Stir frequently during boiling.
  3. Lay out a 20-inch strip of tinfoil on a flat surface.
  4. Once fudge hardens, add peanut butter, vanilla, and oatmeal to the mixture.
  5. Mix well until combined.
  6. Spoon the fudge mixture onto the prepared tinfoil.
  7. Allow the fudge to cool and set before serving.
