Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies or granola
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil; stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Fold in the peanut butter, vanilla, and rice cereal until well blended.
  4. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto waxed paper.
  5. Cool until firm.
  6. Store in an airtight container.
