  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 (3.2 oz.) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed butter-flavored crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the instant vanilla pudding mix according to package instructions.
  4. Mix the pudding with canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground nutmeg until well combined.
  5. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the prepared crust.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
