Ingredients

  • 7 c. thinly sliced cucumber slices
  • 1 c. onions, sliced thin
  • 1 c. green pepper strips, cut thin
  • 2 Tbsp. canning salt
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the cucumber slices, sliced onions, and green pepper strips with canning salt and celery seed.
  2. Mix sugar and white vinegar and pour over the pickle mixture.
  3. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
  4. These pickles will keep indefinitely, but they are so good, they won't be around for long.
