- Combine ricotta cheese, cooked and drained spinach, shredded mozzarella, beaten eggs, oil, onion salt, salt, pepper, and optional sautéed green pepper and zucchini in an oiled pie plate or spring-form pan.

- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes until set and golden.
