Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 2/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped fruit of your choice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Spray 6 large or 12 regular muffin tins with baking spray.
  3. Fill the batter three-quarters full in each muffin cup.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
