Ingredients

  • 8 oz. wide noodles
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, lemon extract, and vanilla until light in color and frothy.
  3. Add the sour cream, cottage cheese, and milk to the mixture and beat lightly until blended.
  4. Stir in the cooked noodles until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 45 minutes or until set and golden on top.
