Ingredients

  • 12 oz. medium noodles
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 16 oz. large curd cottage cheese
  • 12 oz. sour cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except egg whites.
  2. Gently fold beaten egg whites into the mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle with bread crumbs on top.
  5. Add dots of butter over the bread crumbs.
  6. Bake in a glass pan at 350°F for 45 minutes or in a metal pan at 375°F for 45 minutes.
