Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 medium bell pepper
  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 can family size cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium package egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook the onion and bell pepper until tender.
  2. Brown the hamburger meat in a skillet.
  3. Mix the cooked vegetables with the browned meat.
  4. Add the cream of mushroom soup to the meat and vegetable mixture.
  5. Mix well until combined.
  6. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
  7. Drain the cooked noodles.
  8. Combine the noodles with the meat and vegetable mixture.
  9. Place the mixture in a microwave-safe dish and cook for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve hot, optionally with cornbread.
