Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • Crisco (size of walnut)
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 eggshell of half and half or Milnot
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Add flour gradually, from 1/2 to 1 cup at a time, saving the last for kneading the mixture.
  2. Let the dough rest for 1 hour, then cut into pieces.
  3. Knead with some of the flour, then roll out with a noodle maker.
  4. When the noodles are dry enough, cut them with the noodle maker.
