Ingredients

  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • extra sugar

Instructions

  2. Add the milk and egg; mix well to form a batter.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls into deep hot fat.
  4. Fry until lightly brown.
