- Melt 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine in a casserole dish in a 375°F oven.
- Blend 4 eggs for 1 minute.
- Add 1 cup milk and blend for 1 minute.
- Add 1 cup flour and blend for 1 minute.
- Pour the egg mixture into the hot melted butter or margarine and bake until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon before serving.
