Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Melt 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine in a casserole dish in a 375°F oven.
  2. Blend 4 eggs for 1 minute.
  3. Add 1 cup milk and blend for 1 minute.
  4. Add 1 cup flour and blend for 1 minute.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the hot melted butter or margarine and bake until golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon before serving.
