Tips & Substitutions

For added flavor, consider tossing in some garlic powder or chili flakes along with the other ingredients. If you prefer a nut-free version, sunflower seeds can be a great substitute for peanuts. You can also use quinoa instead of brown rice for a different texture and flavor. Adjust the honey to your taste or replace it with maple syrup for a vegan option.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this dish as a healthy main course or a vibrant side dish. It pairs beautifully with grilled chicken or tofu for a complete meal. Garnish with extra peanuts and sesame seeds for added crunch. For a refreshing drink, consider serving it alongside iced green tea or lemonade.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, transfer the broccoli and rice mixture to a microwave-safe dish, cover it, and heat in 30-second intervals until warm. If frozen, ensure to defrost completely before reheating for the best texture.
