Nutty Loaf

Instructions
- Saute green onion and celery in oil until tender.
- Finely grind blanched almonds or liquify with water in a blender until very fine.
- Combine all ingredients except mushroom gravy.
- Pack the mixture into a greased loaf pan or ring mold.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
- Serve the nutty loaf with mushroom gravy.
