Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cup Boiling Water
  • 1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 stick Butter Or Margarine
  • 1-1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Stir together oats and water. In a separate bowl, beat together sugar, brown sugar, and butter. Beat in eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Add in the oatmeal mixture and pour into a greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
