Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. buttermilk*
  • 1 c. oatmeal (not instant)
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. *To make buttermilk, pour 1 tablespoon vinegar into measuring cup. Fill remainder with regular milk.
