Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar into a bowl.
  2. Put eggs, milk, and oil into a blender or mixer bowl.
  3. Beat liquid ingredients until smooth.
  4. Add the sifted dry ingredients and combine well.
  5. Bake on a hot waffle iron.
