Ingredients

  • 3 c. sliced okra
  • 2 c. fresh corn, cut from cob and cooked
  • 4 or 5 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly rinse sliced okra under running water; drain well.
  2. Combine okra, cooked corn, chopped tomatoes, melted margarine, salt, and pepper in a large skillet.
  3. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
