- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Saute sausage and onion in a large skillet for about 10 minutes.
- Stir in drained sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, spicy brown mustard, and caraway seed.
- Unroll dough; cut into halves lengthwise and crosswise to make four squares. Press each into a 6-inch square.
- Place one quarter of the sausage filling in a triangle over half of each square, leaving a 1/2-inch edge.
- Moisten edges with water.
- Carefully fold dough over filling, pressing edges together to seal.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and pierce the top with a knife.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
