- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix flour and sugar well in a bowl.
- Add fruit and juice of a small lemon to the mixture.
- Pour all ingredients into a deep dish pie crust.
- Cover with the top crust and make a few cuts with a knife in the top crust.
- Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 350°F and continue baking for approximately 30 minutes longer.
- Bake until the crust is browned and the juice bubbles through the top crust holes.
