Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soft butter or margarine
  • 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup sifted all-purpose flour
  • 36 medium stuffed olives

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and grated Cheddar cheese until well blended.
  2. Add salt, paprika, and sifted all-purpose flour; mix well.
  3. Chill the dough for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Shape a small portion of dough around each stuffed olive.
  5. Place the wrapped olives on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot or cold.
