Ingredients

  • 1 lb. rotini
  • 2 qt. tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. dried garlic
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped peppers
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 lb. ground turkey

Instructions

  1. Fry the ground turkey in a large skillet until cooked through.
  2. Bring the tomatoes to a boil in the skillet with the turkey.
  3. Add the dry rotini pasta to the boiling mixture.
  4. Cook for about 7 to 8 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
  5. Add the chopped onion, chopped peppers, salt, pepper, and sugar to the skillet.
  6. Mix well and cook until heated through.
  7. Serve hot with green peas, tossed salad, and garlic toast.
