A decadent and easy-to-make one-pan cookie bar featuring chocolate, butterscotch, coconut, and nuts for a rich, chewy treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 oz chocolate bits
  • 6 oz butterscotch bits
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a 9 x 15-inch pan, covering the sides.
  3. Add the graham cracker crumbs to the melted butter and mix well.
  4. Spread the chocolate bits evenly over the mixture.
  5. Add the butterscotch bits on top of the chocolate.
  6. Sprinkle the coconut flakes evenly over the mixture.
  7. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over all ingredients.
  8. Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
  9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  10. Cool before cutting into bars.
