A rich, creamy peanut butter and chocolate pie with a smooth filling and Cool Whip topping, perfect for peanut butter lovers and ideal for parties or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 large box instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. cold milk

Instructions

  1. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and Cool Whip until smooth.
  2. Divide and spread the mixture into 2 graham cracker crusts.
  3. Refrigerate or freeze the crusts to set.
  4. Beat the pudding and milk together for 1 minute on low speed until well combined.
  5. Divide the pudding mixture and pour it over the peanut butter layer in each pie.
  6. Garnish with dollops of Cool Whip and chocolate sprinkles.
  7. Refrigerate the pies until ready to serve.
