One-Step Yeast Rolls

Instructions
- Soften Crisco in hot water and add sugar and salt.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water with a tablespoon of sugar.
- Add egg and mix well, then incorporate flour.
- Mix the dough until smooth with a fork.
- Refrigerate the dough to chill for several hours, preferably overnight.
- Knead dough in bulk until it doubles in size, then shape into Parker House or cloverleaf rolls and place in muffin tins.
- Bake at 350°F to 375°F for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
