Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 370°F (188°C).
  2. Blend Parmesan cheese with mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Remove crusts from bread slices and cut each slice into four sections.
  4. Slice the onion thinly and place one slice on each bread section.
  5. Spread the cheese-mayonnaise mixture over the onion-topped bread.
  6. Arrange the bread pieces on a cookie sheet and bake until the topping begins to brown.
