Onion-crusted chicken features tender chicken breasts coated with crushed onion rings, baked to perfection with savory flavors. Perfect for a comforting family dinner or casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, halved and skinned
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Flatten the chicken breasts.
  2. Combine melted margarine, salt, pepper, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Dip the chicken in the mixture, then roll in crushed onion rings until coated.
  4. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and place the coated chicken inside.
  5. Top with remaining onion crumbs and any remaining liquid from the coating.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
