Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a large baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine chicken broth and hot pepper sauce, then pour over the chicken.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven and serve.
